Theatre department of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre
I inherited short legs from my mother. And a short fuse from my father. There’s nothing I can do about it.
From my grandfather, I inherited my hairless chest. And my other grandmother gave me my clumsy hands. Things just slip off them. There’s nothing I can do about it.
From my grandmother, I asked if she became who she wanted to be then she was young. She didn’t answer.
From my teachers, I inherited a broad view of life. And from my grand uncle, I inherited a tiny flat. I should do something about it.
“Comedy” is an original performance by the XXXIth class of the theatre department of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. Similarly to the collaborations between Mart Kangro and students from previous years, the performance was put together from suggestions made by the cast. “Comedy” talks about human fatuity, today’s questions and yesterday’s answer options.
