Additional program: The Forest of Unknown Things
Tartu New Theatre
don’t recognise. But we are brave and we walk through these plants to the middle of the clearing, surrounded by the dark woods of unknown things, a dark ocean of unknown life forms for whom we are useless and who are simply interesting for us. And then all of the sudden, for a brief moment, we don’t look at the forest, we don’t relate to it, we don’t feel the
yearnong or hate but the forest looks at us. For a second, we are no longer the owners of these things which create and destroy us but we are just donkeys who move the wheel of the well to unearth new things from the darkness of the earth. Not knowing why, what and for whom it will unearth.
But fortunately, this feeling doesn’t last for long.
