Snow in July

We arrive at the theater and look forward to being moved by the evening’s performance. The actors give it their all. Through their acting, they try to touch our hearts and answer important questions. But we feel that this production does not address what is truly important well enough. We decide to intervene in the course of events. A series of incidents unfolds, with consequences for everyone: serious threats and friendly conversations, critical nuances and humorous episodes, personal confessions and public statements.

Juhan Ulfsak’s debut production at Endla Theatre combines comedy with drama. In his previous productions, Ulfsak has created an atmosphere on stage where the grotesque and existentialism, simple jokes, and slow-moving horses intertwine.
